2. Principles

This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising tags, no social media plugins and no contact forms. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties.

3. Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log files are deleted after a short time, at the latest after 14 days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Cloudflare

To deliver and protect the website we use the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Your requests are routed through Cloudflare servers; in particular your IP address and technical connection data are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fast and secure delivery). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 5. Storage in your browser (localStorage)

If you choose the dark theme or the larger text, the website saves this setting in your browser's local storage (entries “ks-theme” and “ks-size”). The setting stays on your device and is not sent to us or to third parties. The storage is strictly necessary for the function you explicitly requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entries at any time in your browser settings.

6. Contact by e-mail

If you e-mail us, we process your details (e-mail address, content of the message) only to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or (b) if your enquiry relates to a contract. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to official websites of orchestras, spa authorities and casinos. Only when you follow a link do the privacy rules of that provider apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.

9. Right to lodge a complaint
